NYC

I recently had the opportunity to support Nau Clothing company in their SoHo op-up shop here in NYC. I Djed their latest in store event and had a chance to meet their team and brand ambassadors. I must say this is a truly great group of people involved in a truly great company. The company has firm roots in the outdoor life style as well as preserving that very outdoors. Through various recycling processes within their production and contributions to many, earth friendly, organizations Nau has contributed to more than just style. To learn more about Nau visit them at www.nau.com or stop in their pop-up shop at 25 Howard St. in NYC.

I will be returning to Nau on December 16th for another in store event. Be sure to stop by and grab some fancy duds and free booze!

Sup-date!

Parrrrrtttyyyy people! Just a little update on the happenings of the most happening dj you know.

As I mentioned before Monday Happy Hour starts on the 24th. Here's the official flyer...

So, it's been a while since my last post and I apologize for that. I've been working on a number of things and the fruits of my labor will come to fruition this month. "What fruit?" You ask. Well, no weird, experimental or foreign fruit. Just your usual suspects but, damn is it fresh!

First up:

I've been DJing at Karma Lounge in NYC on Friday nights the past couple months and we've finally locked down a name and a great drink special. The night will forever be known as "Loud Pipes" and will offer $3 pints as a late night happy hour from 12pm - 1am. If you are in the NYC area, stop in! Karma is one of the few remaining hookah lounges in the city that allow smoking indoors and its always a funky good time. Classic hip hop, funk, soul, reggae and electro alllllll niiiiiiight long. 50 1st ave, NYC. 10pm - 4am. No Cover. Dress Fly. Stay Fresh. Deuces.

A better view of the giant gold "me."

It's a sign

Look out NYC! A 25ft. tall statue of the Egyptian god Anubis (American spelling, I was reassured by a librarian that my spelling was old school, I feel special... not in the I need a helmet kinda way) is floating through the waters surrounding Manhattan as a promotion for a new King Tut exhibit happening in the city. But, we know what's really going on here. Its a message. Sucka Djs beware, I've got your surrounded. No? don't think so? Well, I don't see a 25ft. tall symbol of you floating around the East River. So suck it.
