Last week Pro Audio Star sent over a Denon DN-MC6000 to see if I could put a little turntablist flavor on Denon's new all-in-one dj controller. I took a couple days and came up with a short routine, trying to showcase as many of the functions possible on the DN-MC6000 and bundled Virtual Dj Software. I hadn't touched either before, or a all-in-one controller at all for that matter but, we headed over to the Professor's Loft and filmed it.
The tracks I used were my good friend Scott Matelic's "Party People (Emynd Remix)." my, unreleased, "Disco Lazers" and Datsik & Excision's "Swagga." Big thanks to Dillon from Pro Audio Star for setting it all up as well as Ghostdad and Maria for filming, hanging out and just dealing with me in general!
